What to reorder now, what is running out, what is not selling and which batches are about to expire — worked out from how fast each item has sold recently.
How the status is decided. Reorder: at or below the item's reorder level. Running low: less than 7 days of stock at the current speed of sale. Not selling: in stock but no sale in the chosen period. Overstocked: more than 6 months of stock. Negative: more recorded as sold than received — check the item's purchases and adjustments. Suggested order covers 30 days of sales (and at least twice the reorder level). Stock value uses the same cost as the stock value on the dashboard (the latest purchase's weighted average); the Inventory Value report can differ slightly after a month-end close.
