Texts that go out by themselves — a thank-you the day after a purchase, a note when a payment arrives, or a message on a date you choose. Each one starts with the customer's name and names your shop.

Sent means the network accepted it and charged you. A customer is never texted more than once a day by any automatic message, and anyone on your do-not-text list is always left out.
