Orders & loyalty

Where customers reach you, and how loyalty points build up.
Start with your country code, e.g. +234. Use a phone someone checks during opening hours.

Stock

Turn these on only when your stock counts are right. Each one saves as soon as you switch it.
Take paid online orders out of my stock
When off, paid orders are still recorded, but your stock only goes down when you process the order in your POS.
Stop customers buying more than I have
Checkout is refused when an item's stock would go below zero. Only use this if your POS counts are accurate. When off, orders are accepted whatever the stock.
Show how many are in stock
Shows "In stock · 12 available" or "Out of stock" on each item. Items you have never received or sold in the POS show nothing, so this cannot make up a number.
Hide items that are sold out
Only for items you did not allow back orders on. They leave the store, and a shared link to one shows "Out of stock". Items that take back orders stay, marked out of stock, and can still be ordered.

Sent by itself to a customer whose back-ordered item comes back in stock.

How people find your store and what they see.
Show my store and products on Google
People can find your products by searching, even if they have never heard of your store. It can take a few days to a few weeks to show. When off, your link still works for anyone you share it with.
Let customers rate and review products
When off, stars and reviews are hidden and no new reviews can be added.
